Facility info

OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling: Strict. Late arrivals (even 1 hour) turned away at gate; next available slot could be 19+ hours out. Can arrive up to 1 hour early. Delivery number required at check-in—verify it matches paperwork. Check-in: Slow. 1-2 hours reported at security gate. Gate guards inconsistent in attitude and helpfulness. Unload times: Highly unpredictable. Official policy states 4 hours from appointment time, but actual times range wildly—some trailers done in 1-2 hours, others sit 5-7 hours. Trailer may be empty well before paperwork is ready. Operations stop at 5pm; arriving near end of day risks overnight delay. Drop and hook: Advertised but not reliable. Trailers sometimes still at dock requiring unload rather than swap. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Wait times: Expect 3-4 hours minimum. Many drivers report 4-7 hours total dwell time. Unload completion often doesn't trigger immediate notification—check in after waiting 1+ hour. Overnight parking: Available within 1 mile off-site. Lot at facility is unlined with large potholes; limited bobtail spots. Bathrooms: Present but dirty condition noted. Break room: Available with vending machines (use bills, not coins). Staff attitude: Mixed. Some gate guards and office staff friendly and professional. Others reported as rude, dismissive, uncaring about driver schedules. Inconsistent experience. Yard/facility: Animal activity observed entering/exiting. Pot holes in parking area. KEY CONSIDERATIONS Don't plan connecting loads same day. Unloading delays regularly cause cancellations. Very early morning arrivals (4-5am) perform better than midday. Has caused drivers to miss home time.
