OPERATIONS Appointment required via phone check-in. App-based scheduling—if you arrive early, you get a dock but won't load until your appointment time. Live load only. Check-in by phone with PO number. Highly variable wait times: some drivers report 30 minutes to 1 hour, others 4-9+ hours. Facility frequently runs behind schedule. Late arrival fees ($100 for 10-30 minutes late) enforced. Rework fees charged for loading errors and overweight loads. Loads sometimes on hold upon arrival, resulting in multi-hour waits or empty pickups. No load securement provided—drivers must secure loads themselves after pulling away. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available but very tight and limited (approximately 6 spaces). Side mirrors need to be pushed in. Truck driver lounge with free coffee available. Restrooms clean and available. Docking area has pallets stacked in front of bays, creating difficult backing conditions—new drivers may struggle 20+ minutes.
