Simplot

Facility info
Staff generally friendly and accommodating across multiple reviews Loading times wildly inconsistent — reports range from 2 hours to 9+ hours One dock only. Blind side dock with steep embankments — tight maneuvering Ample room to work once docked Quality control issues documented — damaged product pallets not fixed initially; required multiple redocks and manager intervention to resolve Check-in process confusing — conflicting directions from different staff; risk of going to wrong building (two different Simplot locations in area) Computerized/automated system means limited staff availability to address issues on spot Wait times can stretch significantly; some reports of 6+ hours Facility appears relatively new based on one driver comment No information on overnight parking, bathrooms, or appointment requirements Multiple drivers compared unfavorably to other locations when given choice
