If you enjoy wasting half your day waiting for no reason, this is the place for you.

I arrived at 3:00 a.m. so I could check in as soon as they opened at 4:00 a.m., because there’s usually a long line of trucks waiting. I checked in around 3:50 a.m. and was told to return to my truck and wait for a door assignment. They called me at 4:30 a.m. and assigned me a dock.

After that, the real waiting began.

I was told they would call me as soon as they finished unloading so I could pay the lumper fee. Instead, I sat there from 4:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. just waiting for the lumper fee to be sent. As far as I could tell, my trailer had already been unloaded around 7:00 a.m., yet they didn’t send the payment request until an hour and a half later.

To make matters worse, after I paid the lumper fee, I had to wait another full hour just to get my paperwork.

This facility is incredibly disorganized and has no respect for drivers’ time. They consistently keep drivers waiting for hours over things that should take only a few minutes. I wasn’t the only one dealing with this—there were several other drivers stuck in the exact same situation.

I would never recommend this place. If you have the option, stay as far away from this facility as possible.

DO NOT ARRIVE LATE TO APT they charged you $500 late fee plus a high lumper fee. Docks are extremely tight as you can see in the other pictures and a very high risk of getting hit by another truck.
