I'm writing a review on the Damp Rid brand product made by the W. M. Barr company. Loonngg story short...their customer service to to be desired. It was horrible. Many unreturned phone calls, no responses to emails to begin with. I tried to make a claim for some clothing that had been totally ruined by their product, Damp Rid. While speaking politely on the phone when they would answer...they keep stringing you on and say they are reviewing the claim. I called on a daily basis for awhile. I felt that saying this comment for 4 months was a bit excessive. The whole claim was only for $35...I refuse to use this product again and have told my friends and family not to use Damp Rid either. Very unhappy with the customer service. Don't waste your time. Use a different product.
Our pick up appointment was for 3pm. We arrived at 10:30 am and we were loaded by 12:30pm.
