Facility info
Operations Appointments are essentially meaningless — first come, first served regardless of scheduled time. One dock door for rollstock unloads. Live loads only, no drop and hook available for most loads. Check-in procedure unclear; some report waiting in line at one door, others mention checking in at shipping on far side of building. Must wear safety vest. Unload times wildly inconsistent — anywhere from 15 minutes to 8+ hours, often 3-6 hours for paper rolls. Phone system frequently down, making communication difficult. No detention pay from broker. Hours Monday-Friday 1am-11pm (unloads after 6am). Receiving appears to close around 3pm Friday. Sunday receiving starts 11pm. Not consistently staffed — drivers report being turned away or told to return Monday even with earlier appointments. Facility Experience Extremely tight lot. Only room for 3 trucks to park overnight; additional parking available on street in front of plant. Driveway creates bottlenecks — trailers often parked in driving lanes. Lot conditions poor, muddy with lost mud flaps scattered around. Staff attitude highly inconsistent — ranges from very friendly and professional to rude and dismissive. No signage for shipping/receiving. Loading errors reported (wrong freight on wrong trailers, drivers loaded out of order). Facility frequently disorganized and disoriented about load readiness. Come prepared with food and water for extended wait. Bottom Line Expect long, unpredictable delays. Facility is undersized for volume. Backup plan required if timing is critical.
Driver reviews
First come, first served. I arrived at 9:45 a.m. and didn’t leave until 1:30 p.m. Loading took over 3½ hours, which was much longer than expected.

The staff was friendly. You have to drop your trailer, check in, and wait in your bobtail until they notify you when it’s ready.

The only downside is the long wait. The broker doesn’t pay detention, so drivers lose valuable time. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the experience.
In at 10:30am out at 6:30pm.
No organization here. While I was there, they put the wrong load on wrong trailer; then had to down load wrong trailer and put frieght on correct trailer. No sign in sheet; drivers are getting loaded in wrong order. I hope u packed a lunch and a dinner bcs u going 2b at this place all day.
