CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Guard shack at top of hill. Drop trailers in underground caves (Building 10 most common). Bobtail back topside to wait for loading/unloading. Phone box system directs you to specific doors. Appointments often honored early if space available. Drop and hook significantly faster than live loads. WAIT TIMES — HIGHLY VARIABLE Drop/hook: 20 minutes to 3 hours typical, sometimes faster. Live loads: 4-34+ hours common. Building 10 consistently slower than other buildings (16, 19). Some drivers report 8-32+ hour waits. Plan accordingly — this is a known issue. FACILITY Underground cave system — massive, well-lit, plenty of room to maneuver. Overnight parking available topside. Restrooms near guard shack. Vending machines. Yard conditions clean. Bobtailing allowed. STAFF Mixed reviews. Guards generally friendly and knowledgeable, but inconsistent service. Some communication issues with warehouse staff — drivers report difficulty getting updates on load status. Phone calls sometimes missed or not answered. LOAD SECURING One report: sealed trailers leaving without properly secured loads. BUILDINGS VARY Building 10: notoriously slow, strict rules, adds product mid-load. Building 16, 19: faster, fewer complaints. Ask which building before accepting load. BOTTOM LINE Solid for drop/hook. Risky for live loads — especially Building 10. Bring food, patience, and realistic time expectations.

3610 E Kearney St Building 4, Springfield, MO 65803 My company does live load/unload here and they always give this address. This is not where we ever go. I believe you go to this one for picking up Loaded trailers and check in at building 4. If you come here by accident they can route you to the right place. 2335 Le Compte Rd, Springfield, MO 65803 1904 N Farm Rd 185, Springfield, MO 65802 These address overlap on Google. It is the parking area and security check in that we use. If you're delivering to building 6 then they will give you a phone number to call. Right now Le Compte Road is under construction. They finished the South portion and are almost done with the North portion. It's made for trucks. To get to the 1904 address you need to go 65 South, Highway YY, then Le Compte. Do not use the Kearney exit until it's finished. There is an electronic sign telling you the same info at the Kearney exit but hard to read fast enough if you weren't expecting it. Google maps shows the closure and routes you the correct way. My OTR Garmin showed the closure and routed me through it anyway which was wrong. Luckily trip planning saved me that headache. You can park overnight. Awesome restroom facilities. Keep it nice!
Avoid displays
Not a bad place to deliver, with the exception of it's in a cave. I personally do not like cave deliveries, however everybody that I encountered at Kraft from shipping and receiving to the guards were professional, courteous, and had top-notch customer service skills. It was very easy to get in and get out.
