  Elderly black man at security durring the day has 0 respect. Completely rude. There is no signs up saying what they expect you to do for check in. He will expect you to read his mind and talk to you like your dumb if not.

  This was a terrible experience. I was asked to file a FALSE POLICE REPORT because Samsung’s logistics team could not determine what had happened to the package. It took 60 days to receive any answers and a delivery, despite my repeated calls. Customer service also hung up on me when I became frustrated, blamed me as the customer, and took no accountability for the poor logistics management. Additionally, I repeatedly saw that both items were available for local pickup, but I was told (before placing the order) that pickup was not an option for this purchase. Terrible experience.

  I had a good experience didn't take long
