Driver reviews
I recently visited the C&S Wholesale Grocers cold storage facility in Coppell, TX. The location is easy to find, right off Freeport Parkway, and the site is large with plenty of space for trucks and deliveries. As a cold storage facility, the environment inside is understandably chilly, but well-maintained and organized. From my experience, check-in and check-out times can vary quite a bit. On some days, the staff is quick and efficient, but on others, the wait times are noticeably longer than expected. The warehouse team is generally professional and does their job well, but communication at the front desk could be improved, especially during busy hours. Facility cleanliness is up to par, and loading docks are usually kept clear, which helps move things along. However, due to the high volume of shipments and trucks, congestion and parking can be an issue at peak times. Drivers should be prepared for occasional delays and bring any necessary paperwork to speed up the process. Overall, C&S Wholesale Grocers in Coppell is a functional cold storage and distribution facility that gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement in efficiency and communication. If you’re coming here for a delivery or pick-up, plan ahead and allow for extra time, just in case.

Not bad for me!! Overnight parking is available. I was a day early for my delivery, they took me in the same day I arrived. Receiving starts at 12 pm, checked in 1 pm, and got my paperwork 3 pm. Awesome team. I'm definitely coming back. Keep up the great work team🤝
