  Avoid Vanguard Logistic.<br><br>Quoted for a 48”x48” box and ended up paying more than a full container from China due to random, unexplained fees. Customer service was basically nonexistent and they held my shipment until I paid.<br><br>Not industry standard at all. This was the most expensive + frustrating shipment I’ve ever done.

  Not bad to load but had a decent wait time. People were nice and loader was patient and helpful to lift tarps on top with forklift. Definitely been worse places.

  Ladies at the front window are respectful and polite, Thank you for the service !! Quick in and out, handed my paperwork and gave me a door right away.
