Not horrible, but not good neither for 1st timers. Lack of information, they assume you have come here before or you are looking at the 1000 papers posted at the gurd shack. Like the previous review, 3 locations in 1 (ask for directions if needed) Given them a 3 because it all depends on how many trucks they let in per bay group and it is a wild west to see who gets it 1st or if there is 1 available (for pick up).. Drop off much easier they give you an exact door but sometimes they have drop trailers at doors so you have to wait until is clear (meaning they dont keep track, if the doors are clear or available for you to back into and it creates traffic during busy hours or lunch. Times varies. Had a drop that took 5 hours from check in to done. Had a pick up that took.... going 3, 4, 5... hours still here.

Took 5 hrs to unload the tail of my trailer. If you NAV with Garmin, watch out and adhere to the truck route signs which will be different from Garmin s route. NJ Police are active in the area too. Park on the RH side of Kentile Rd and walk to the Guard Shack to check in. They may want your tractor tag #, license #, and apportioned reg in some cases plus an Appt Number. They direct you to one of the receiving offices inside and you'll check in again there to receive a door number. I got door 426 (nightmare) made worse because they'd used the pull up area for snow removal.
