  My Service Manager, Joe Walsh, was great!! He did an excellent job informing me of the services being provided and made sure that all of the services covered under my warranty package were completed, and he made sure that my transportation (Lyft Ride) was ordered to/from my home & back to the dealership. The truck is running great, and we have no complaints about the workmanship or the mechanics or our Service Manager<br><br>The only negative feedback regards the Sheehy Service Department's drop-off process. This was disorganized & left customers confused. There were many cars lined up at the dropoff bay door, and lots of service employees walking around, but no one came outside to start the "check-in" process or provide directions. There was room for (3) other cars to pull inside, but there was (1) car with the hood up, receiving anti-freeze, blocking the Bay from others to pull inside.<br><br>The cars in the Bay should always be pulled forward, so that those arriving for check-in can pull in and check in on time. If the Bay is full, a Sheehy Rep should come outside to inform the customers of next steps.

  The two techs that showed up today were wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone having any work done by Thompson Creek. They replaced our defective storm door with care, knowledge and extreme professionalism. I could not be any more pleased with the outcome. Thank you.
