Facility info

UNLOAD TIMES Expect 6-14 hours for unload. Most common range: 7-12 hours. Even small loads (5-10 pallets, partial trucks) take 4+ hours. Live unloads consistently slow. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING Appointments required but don't guarantee timely processing. Arriving early doesn't help — still stuck waiting hours past scheduled time. OPERATIONS Live unload facility. Drop and hook option available. Gate staff friendly and helpful, but guard shack has mixed reports — document everything with BOL when dropping sealed trailers. Staff won't note damage if seal intact; driver gets blamed later. OVERNIGHT PARKING No overnight parking at facility once trailer ready for pickup. Must leave immediately. Limited options nearby (small Love's that fills up fast). Poor parking availability in area. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Staff attitudes mixed — gate/receiving mostly helpful and approachable, but some office/reception personnel reported as unhelpful or dismissive. Facility conditions adequate. Straps not always returned. BOTTOM LINE Slow operation with unpredictable wait times. Works best for drop-and-hook loads. Live unloads and LTL problematic. Gate staff generally cooperative but verify load details carefully. Budget significant extra time if you have appointments elsewhere same day.
