Iv shipped tens of thousands of dollars of freight before with this company, and there’s one driver in particular that never fails to be a nuisance.
Today I paid $1,500 for them to take 6 large boxes, like they’ve done countless times in the past. And this one dumb driver refused to take them. Believe me I won’t be shipping a thing with XPO for the rest of my career.

Ordered by Amazon Prime for quicker delivery. Arrived in Utah a week ago. No delivery attempted to my business. Tried calling XPO and was told they would call me to schedule delivery. No call. I called and was passed to three different numbers. Was told if I had called earlier they could have delivered next day! Never had any notification that I had to make calls and coordinate my own delivery and monitor the shipping progress! Then, I was told someone would call for my feedback. No call.

I make many heavier shipments and will not use XPO! Their marketing heavily touts Customer Service! I can not trust any of their other marketing!

They have been absolutely awful. Set up the first delivery time with us between 1:30 and 5:30 pm. My kids are in and out of preschool and kindergarten until 12:00 so that window worked great. Until they showed up at 11:00 am. They called us, said they were here, obviously we weren’t but could be back in the next 15 minutes. They said, sorry, we are leaving to salt lake, figure it out with management. We call the warehouse and get them to come back at 5:00 pm. They start unboxing and looks like somewhere along the line they hit it or dropped it and the corner is completely smashed in.

I call and set up another appointment somewhat frustrated and they put me out two weeks. That means we will be 4 weeks without a dishwasher. We sigh and kind of just say ok that’s fine. Well, literally the exact same thing happens.

I get a phone call while at work at 11 that they have the wrong address. I give them the correct one and they say they are almost there again. I tell them the time window given us was between 1 and 5 again. I try to help and say, call my wife and maybe she is close and come home or just happens to be there. I work 30 mins away so can’t get back in time.

My wife happens to be in Costco about 10 minutes away. Well, they tell her again, sorry, we are headed back to salt lake then, call and reschedule.

This company is among the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen.

1. Lie about time windows - which they ask you to set aside 4 hours for in the middle of the day.
2. Damage packages
3. Screw up addresses
4. Rude delivery drivers
5. When THEY screw up they make zero effort to right their wrong, just go to the back of the line.
6. Now I just got an automated call that they’d be here this Saturday morning but an email yesterday confirming a Monday afternoon delivery per my conversation on the phone with her.

Couldn’t be more unhappy with a business.
