Yard conditions generally clean. Staff attitude inconsistent — some drivers report friendly, professional service; others cite rude, passive-aggressive receiving/shipping personnel. Guard shack staff consistently described as professional and helpful. Processing out takes 30+ minutes to 1+ hour after load complete. KEY PATTERNS Load readiness unpredictable — facility doesn't always communicate proactively when loads aren't ready; drivers often must call to confirm. Early arrivals (4-5 hours ahead) sometimes accommodated. Preloaded trailer weight issues recur frequently. Long waits common even with on-time arrival. Not a bad place, for a tyson. Dropping off a trl is tight at times.
Don’t trust their scale it’s not calibrated at all. Their scale said I wasn’t overweight. I go to the pilot down the street and they tell me a different story. Only reason it gets 3 stars because everyone is nice. But make sure you check your weights before you cross any state line

OTR: There are plenty of signs to direct route. Overnight parking onsite is available. No Parking on the side street.<br>Gated facility. Open: 24/7. Must have 3/4 Refer fuel to enter facility.<br>Must have load details (pickup #, Load Destination, customer name).<br><br>Busy location. Limited space in trailer drop yard, but manageable to maneuver in yard. Wide lane. Good lighting at this location. Empty trailers = row 4. Outbound loaded trailers = row 3. Inbound loaded trailers = row 1 & 2.<br><br>If getting loaded, The trailer will be Inspected. MUST be the food grade rated (no holes, dry, clean, no odors). The trailer will be rejected if it is not food grade rated.<br><br>The bathroom is available next to the S & R office. They also have Drivers lounge with showers (towels provided), Satelite TV, and WiFi.<br><br>Must have 2 load bars to secure load. Inbound trailer needs to be preset temperature set point at 20. Also, must have minimum 3/4 tank refer fuel.<br><br>MUST have Hi-Visibilty vest. Load is Heavy. Digital scale onsite. Axle scale ticket provided. Tandems "shift zone" located next to scale for outbound trailers.<br><br>Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.
