Was worried coming here after checking the reviews. I guess if you come here with attitude you will get the same treatment. I found out the guard lady was polite to me giving precise directions with a smile. Yes a smile. Shipping office directed me to where to drop my trailer. Then the shunt driver brought an empty for me. So either I was lucky or because I was treating everyone with respect and smile, everyone reciprocated. So my advise come here with a respectful attitude and you will not have bad experience.

I came here to see what the problems were, specially with the security lady being very rude and all. First time picking up and was treated bad, but as truck drivers we understand we don't get respect anymore. I had to speak with the head of security and my company for the situation I encountered. I'm not surprised with the amount of people with the same issue.

Guard shack person is super rude and was not helpful with where i should go to check in. Yard jockeys are absolutely no help either. Zero communication skills.
