Appointment Required – Be on time. Facility cuts off at 2pm. Late arrivals wait at end of line or get turned away. Some flexibility if you call ahead early. Check-in – Door at end of building by dumpster. Press buzzer 3 times. Business-like, no frills. Unload Speed – 35 minutes to 1 hour typical. Fast operation overall. Dock Layout – Extremely tight. High curbs on passenger side—easy to damage bumper backing in. Turn right off 78, follow GPS to second right. Dock doors toward rear/back of building. Tight fit if local tractors/trailers parked nearby. No Overnight Parking – Park on curb along side of building if absolutely needed until morning, but not official. Heavy traffic passes close—expect vehicle rocking, hard to sleep. Receiving Staff – Highly inconsistent. Some drivers report very friendly, professional service. Others report rude, dismissive, yelling at drivers, poor attitudes. Receiving area can be unprofessional at times. Bathroom – No driver bathrooms on-site. Business next door may allow usage. Equipment Issues – Facility lacks bolt cutters. Drivers have had to use hacksaws or find workarounds. Forklift driver should provide cutters, not driver. Facility Conditions – Dumpster by entrance leaks beer. Strong odors reported. Mud flaps scattered around yard. Potholes in lot. General cleanliness issues noted. Bottom Line – Fast unload if you arrive on time and get accepted. Tight backing, inconsistent staff attitude, subpar facility conditions.
