Facility info
Operations Appointment scheduling available but doesn't guarantee timely service Drop and hook available — some drivers report smooth weekly pickups Check-in procedures vary by operation: Pet Food at 316 N Hico (0630-0700 opening), dry goods on opposite side of glass building, everything else on Lincoln St Wait times highly inconsistent — range from 30 minutes to 8+ hours even with appointments Some early loading possible (loaded before appointment time reported) Cold warehouse unloading particularly slow per multiple reports Facility experience Drop lots available on Ashley St and Hico St Overnight parking available Staff attitude mixed — some describe as friendly and fast, others report lack of communication and indifference to driver wait times Dock congestion common, especially afternoon arrivals 3-dock facility struggles with volume Navigation Low bridge hazard on standard route — use Ashley St instead from Highway 412 via Lincoln St Do not follow GPS — risk hitting 13'6" bridge Overall Reliability is the main issue here. Service times unpredictable even with appointments. Drop and hook operations appear more consistent than live load. Check current wait status before arrival if possible.

Very long waiting time. They are slow on loading. I don't know why managers are still working there. They need to be fired. It's 3 dock loading facility. And 5 trucks came after 3pm and they can't load them . For hours waiting at parking lot just to get to door.

I guess for them it's okay. They have a seat in office. They not driving at night to do delivery. They just don't care.
