Appointment only. Check in by door 37, 60, 63, 64, or 65 depending on area. Scan QR code on check-in window with cell phone. They won't start unload until your scheduled appointment time — showing up early won't speed things up. Late arrivals charged $155+ fee. Must submit photo of ID via tablet at check-in. Unload/load times all over the map. Some drivers report 45 minutes to 2 hours. Many report 4–5 hours. Some wait 8+ hours before service starts. Understaffed unloading crew frequently cited. Lot is chaotic with trucks everywhere. Forklift drivers sometimes appear unmotivated. I-294 north approach: Exit 14b no longer exists. Use exit 13a to access I-294 southbound instead. Train traffic at entrance can block access for extended periods.
