Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointment required; strictly enforced—don't arrive early expecting to load Check-in at Door 24A via computer terminal (self-service)—must have correct PO number Mix of live load and drop/hook work Wait times highly inconsistent: 30 minutes to 10+ hours; many reports of 4–6 hour waits Some loaders faster than others (left side reportedly slower than right side) Buzzer system alerts when dock is ready Phone support unreliable; check-in procedure unclear to some drivers FACILITY EXPERIENCE Street parking available; some reports of gas station lot parking ($50 overnight or free on street) No overnight parking on facility grounds Two restrooms in driver check-in area are employee-only; drivers must use porta potties outside (located far from building, described as "nasty") Backing tight with poor lighting Staff attitude mixed—some very friendly and helpful; others described as lazy, unfriendly, or uncommunicative Loading speed unpredictable; appears to depend on dock assignment and product readiness Harley-Davidson loads at Docks 31–35 (appointment-only, faster) Multiple pickup points on-site; easy to get lost Limited nearby truck stops and overnight amenities KEY TAKEAWAY Stick to appointment time, read all instructions carefully, and understand this facility's inconsistency. Some drivers report sub-hour loads; others waste entire days. E-log drivers report particular frustration with this location.

Very polite shipper. No washroom only Porta Potty outside 🫤. Took me early for live loading. About 2 hrs or so. Thanks team
