Facility info

Appointments strictly enforced — won't accept early arrivals; must check in at appointment time or risk losing dock slot. Some drivers report being turned away for arriving 30 minutes early. Load times highly variable — ranges from 10-15 minutes to 12+ hours. Drop and hook typically faster than live load, but delays common. Pulp deliveries notably quick (6-40 minutes). Drop and hook wait times problematic — expect 2-3 day waits if dropping trailer for loading. Multiple reports of multi-day holds. North side is primary delivery entrance — marked only as "Delivery," easy to miss. South gate tight turns, limited space. Guard shacks can give conflicting directions; ask at first gate. Check-in procedure — security will direct you to correct dock. Pulp deliveries (6 AM-4 PM window) don't require appointment. Call ahead for night deliveries to confirm trailer ready. No overnight parking — must leave property after 1 hour in staging area or be asked to leave. Nearest lot is Country Store Express, 10 miles away ($10/night). Staff inconsistent — some guards/staff described as friendly and helpful; others reported as rude and disrespectful. Management responsiveness varies. Facility conditions — adequate maneuvering space, clean bathrooms with quality supplies. Pulp mill closes 4:30 PM, sometimes down entirely. High volume operation — facility frequently backed up trying to meet demand.
