Facility info
APPOINTMENT REQUIRED — 24 hours advance appointment needed for most loads; without it, expect unlimited wait times. Some drivers report getting in early if facility isn't busy. WAIT TIMES HIGHLY VARIABLE — Reports range from 30 minutes to 14+ hours. Common complaints of 4–6+ hour waits. Some drivers waited 2–5 days for trailers to be unloaded. Facility won't communicate realistic timelines when asked. CHECK-IN PROCESS — Scale at main entrance, present paperwork with trailer number and license, security directs you to dock. Must return to security gate to check out and scale. Separate entrance for drop yard pickups (Amazon empties, etc.). LIVE LOAD/UNLOAD — Live offload available. Some loads completed in 20–45 minutes; others take hours. No consistent speed. IDLE POLICY — Won't answer call box if engine is running, even if they can hear you. Staff enforces strict no-idling policy in hot weather while trucks wait for dock access. OVERNIGHT PARKING — Available 1/4 mile past security shack on facility grounds, or nearby truck stops (Citgo 5 min away, Dandy Mini Mart 1 mile on PA-87). One driver reported facility doesn't allow overnight parking for trailers being unloaded. RESTROOMS — Building restrooms locked to drivers. No accessible facilities on-site; drivers directed to drop lot or off-property. Considered a major issue by multiple drivers. STAFF ATTITUDE — Mixed. Security gate staff consistently friendly. Dock/loading personnel range from excellent to dismissive. One report of harsh treatment regarding building access. FACILITY CONDITIONS — Tight backing/maneuvering space. Dock area congested with trucks blocking exits. Described as dirty/messy in some reviews. Yard described as crowded. SAFETY/ROAD CONCERNS — PA Route 87 approach has dangerous zigzag sections with 25–45 mph curves, hard on brakes with heavy loads. I-80 to I-180 to 405 to 220 to PA-87 not recommended for heavy loads. Driver reviews
Very slow loading.
Everything is fine here EXCEPT the proctor and gamble drivers. They FLY threw town and through the trailer lot. One driver lit a cigarette at the fuel pumps at pilot in pittson. But thats okay. Proctor and gamble has billions. And since safety isnt a priority for them, it can be a payday for everyone else. Smh

Not bad for a large company!
Process of loading is easy and time is reasonable.
Go to drop lot first to check in.

Yes you can use highway 87 all the way to 220, however you just need to drive carefully and I wouldn’t use it in bad weather, because lanes are uneven and tight.
