Stupid slow receiver
Trust the other reviews here, takes ages to empty you, 2 guys working on 30 trucks on the dock and the guy takes 1 hour break, always have faith in your local union warehouse. Capstone message informed me to take my paper work the dude told me I still need to wait another hour.
I donot v bad experience with this place as usual u see reviews on google.i had appointment 6pm check in 4pm .they do open 4pm for receiving.check out 5.30pm .v restroom and NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.they r some risky parking on street .no parking signs on street.<br>Be careful from old security guys .no smile and ugly face and angery behavior for driver .he is tired from life he need retirement from work.i had dry van firewood load on pallets .that’s by maybe they was fast for unloading.gods know .easy parking on dock .they need positive attitude and respectful security guy on gate .

Don’t Hauling for this Company!<br>别拉这个公司的货，浪费时间！<br><br>English:<br><br>Bad experience at UNFI Commerce.<br>Appointment was 7:00 AM and we arrived early as requested. After check-in they told the driver to go back to the truck and wait.<br>The problem was not the dock door — the unloading area inside was full of freight, so they could not unload trucks.<br>Capstone still asked for the lumper fee first while drivers were waiting for hours.<br>This place wastes a lot of driver time.<br><br>中文：<br><br>UNFI Commerce 体验很差。<br>预约时间 7:00，按他们要求提前到。Check-in 之后让司机回车里等。<br>不是没有 dock，而是 dock 里面卸货区已经堆满货，根本没法卸。<br>但 Capstone 还是先收 lumper，司机只能等几个小时。<br>这个仓库非常浪费司机时间。<br><br>2 nd time:<br><br>Every time I come here, I have to argue just to get unloaded.<br>Dock is full but nobody clears it, workers on their phones.<br>Right when it’s almost my turn — lunch time.<br>Drivers just sit and wait for hours.<br>This efficiency is unreal.<br>3 rd time:<br><br>Drivers beware when delivering to UNFI. It does not matter whether you arrive during the day or at night — unloading times are extremely long every time.<br><br>Our waits have consistently been at least 5 hours, and this visit took 7 hours. Drivers are also not allowed to leave the facility to get food while waiting.<br><br>Make sure to bring your own meals, water, and supplies before checking in, and plan your HOS carefully.
