The BEST lineage I’ve ever been to. The staff, especially the check in lady, were just phenomenal!!<br>Super friendly - helpful and quick. We came to our appt 2.5hrs late and had to pay a late fee but still given a door right away and everything in total took 2 hours!! Record time for these facilities.<br>10/10 would recommend

Arrive three hours before my 4 PM appointment that loaded in one hour. Everybody is so nice and polite, restroom inside. Absolutely fantastic, good job, the best experience with Lineage.
Terrible place to do business. The shifts do not communicate between shifts and the shippers don't load trucks on time
Showed up an hour early and pulled straight into the facility — my mistake. You’re supposed to stop at the stop sign and check in at the office first. Not a big deal.<br><br>They do load fast and there’s plenty of space to maneuver, no complaints there.<br><br>But here’s the real issue — they stack way too much weight to the rear. You’ll end up heavy on your trailer tandems, and in Florida you can’t just slide them to fix it. I had to run the scale with 35,000 lbs on my tandems — that’s crazy.<br><br>Be ready for that, because it can easily turn into a problem on the road.
