Very poor unloading experience. This place requires an appointment, but even with an 8:00 AM appointment they didn’t care at all. I waited over 12 hours to unload just 2 pallets, which is completely unreasonable. There was no communication, no urgency, and the employees acted weird and unprofessional. This location has zero respect for drivers’ time. I would avoid delivering here if possible.
