Facility info

Operations Live load facility Fast turnaround — multiple reports of loading in 1-1.5 hours, some completed before appointment time Open pickup windows noted No overnight parking available Facility Experience Adequate dock space, though can get tight when multiple trucks present Staff attitude mixed: check-in staff described as both "very kind" and "a bit rude" in separate reviews; loader staff noted as friendly Well-organized layout with sufficient backing space Open-front warehouse design Lacks dock signal lights (green/red indicators) to guide drivers Notable Issues Incoming call screening includes unsolicited promotional questions without driver permission Some confusion about facility location/tenant information in multiple reviews (appears unrelated to operations but worth noting)
