  If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have a shipment that was delivered to the warehouse in ABQ, NM on May 2022. I call every single day and they keep guaranteeing me that it will be on the next truck. Currently it is 6/15/2022 and I still have not received my shipment. I will update when I finally get it.<br><br>I recommend if you see them as the shipping company to cancel the order immediately. I'm not sure I will ever receive this package that we spent several 1000 dollars for.

  XPO denies any responsibility because the receiving clerk signed for the shipment and immediately notified management of damage. Clearly damaged on the dock when it arrived. Driver should have noted damage. Do not use this company. Not my first bad experience with them.

  Allowed by 12 year old to sign, box completely destroyed. Bottom of box not even there
