APPOINTMENT REQUIRED – Strictly enforced. Arrive late and risk 2+ day reschedule plus $220+ late fees. Early arrivals sometimes accepted but not guaranteed. RECEIVING HOURS – 10:00 PM to midnight. Won't start unloading before 10 PM regardless of appointment time. CHECK-IN – Bring CDL, PO#, phone number. Write phone number on back of BOL. Intercom often doesn't work—just drive in left lane when gate opens around 10 PM. UNLOADING TIMES – Highly variable. Range from 30 minutes to 8+ hours. Average appears to be 2–4 hours once on a door. Many reports of 5–7 hour waits. Door assignment sometimes immediate, sometimes 1–2 hour wait. LUMPER FEES – $70–$125 typically, up to $250+ reported. Payment by broker link (EFS, Comcheck, Tcheck only) or broker covers it. Pay before or after unloading varies by day. PARKING BEFORE APPOINTMENT – Used to allow 6–15 trucks on left side of driveway before gate. Policy recently changed—no longer permitted. Do not park on left side entrance or designated McLane property or face photos/warnings. PARKING AFTER UNLOADING – No overnight parking allowed. Must leave immediately or park illegally at nearby rest areas/shoulders. Some drivers park in dirt lot on property despite "no parking" signs with mixed results. YARD – Small, tight, congested. One-way traffic. Backing challenging but manageable. Heavy McLane internal vehicle activity. Gravel lots available for waiting (use far end, not near receiving). STAFF ATTITUDE – Mixed reports. Some describe front desk/receiving as professional and friendly. Others report rude, disrespectful, lazy, or dismissive personnel. Management competence questioned in several reviews. FACILITY CONDITION – Reports of trash left on trailers (slip sheets, broken boxes, debris). Damaged/broken products. Poor housekeeping by unloading crew. BATHROOMS – Clean bathroom available inside
