  Really bad experience, unloaded couple of pallets in 30 minutes, now waiting for paperwork another 1,5 hours

  Before coming to this location, I read reviews from other drivers about how poorly reputed this place is when it comes to scheduling.<br><br>When I arrived, I found it to be far worse than expected — I honestly can’t describe how bad it was. My appointment was at 6:00 AM. I arrived at 5:20 AM, and the unloading was completed by 5:45 AM. However, I had to wait more than nine hours just to receive my paperwork.<br><br>The man at the check-in office had a terrible attitude. He was unprofessional, lacked basic management skills, and had no respect in the way he spoke to people.<br><br>The question that arises is: where is the company’s management in response to these complaints and accountability, so their facilities can maintain a good reputation? I will never return to this location again.

  Wasn’t to bad delivering here. Arrived at 05:00 AM, unloaded and had BOL back to me by 07:15, plenty of room to back and maneuver around the yard. No overnight parking allowed and I not sure how enforced street parking is but there are signs that say no parking along the street. Upon arriving at the warehouse they do have signs directing you where to go and what door to check in at.

  Very slow also staff very rude im stuck 8 hours on dock
