  I didn't have a bad experience with XPO. The driver was on point. Gave me a call. It was a smooth and steady process. Though I don't know what they got going on at the warehouse. Test your call center sometimes might be beneficial.

  Horrible LTL company! If you order ANYTHING heavy from Tractor Supply or ANYWHERE ELSE,I strongly suggest asking who's transporting your goods because this XPO in Mobile is TERRIBLE, I honestly wished I could give zero stars. Everyone I spoke with gave me hope, scheduled my delivery including night shift supervisor Tim on 5 different occasions only for them not to show up when the appointment was scheduled.. I'm hoping because I finally emailed their manager Christopher Reed about this issue that something will be done to actually get my package off of the dock because me and my husband have been taking turns from our jobs (where we're both management and would NEVER treat customers this way) to be home for the delivery. Today makes day 5 that one of us has taken off in order to be home for this delivery! That's time and money GONE! Money that we paid to have this package delivered on A SCHEDULE! bottom line DONT USE THIS COMPANY for personal or professional reasons!! Get it delivered to store or use someone else completely and for your business needs I suggest R&L Carriers.
