Facility info

Appointments required — multiple mentions of appointment scheduling, but staff don't respect timing; arrive early to park at gate from 5:30am onward. Unload times highly variable — ranges from 30 minutes to 8 hours; most under 2 hours but some waits extend to 6–7 hours with no clear pattern. Lumper crew shows up late, delays paperwork. Lumper fees mandatory and steep — $95–$200+ charged for unloading their own product; no card payments accepted, no change given (cash only), lumpers notoriously slow and lazy. Overnight parking limited — 3–4 truck spaces available outside guard gate; can arrive evening before and park until 6am gate opening. Street parking nearby but township signs prohibit entrance road parking. Check-in at guard shack — ID required, assigned dock, drop BOL in mailbox, wait for green light. Paperwork delays common; collect copies before leaving mailbox. Docking easy — spacious, good maneuvering room, generally quick dock assignment. Some instances of docks already filled or doors not closed by staff. Staff attitude inconsistent — guard shack staff mostly professional and friendly; receiving department ranges from great to openly hostile and rude. Multiple reports of disrespectful, abusive language from receivers. Restroom access — available inside facility.
