After an early flight Thanksgiving Day, stayed up until midnight ready to purchase the hyped 65-inch Kraft Mac n Cheese "Flat Screen" for the students I lead at youth group. Total failure and totally misleading to knowingly keep people up till midnight without a chance at procuring the advertised product, and with NO system in place to notify consumers how many items would be made available, when they would be made available, and absolutely no concessions even after customers clicked on the "notify me." Too little, too late, Kraft. The reputation damage is more significant than you realize.
