  If you are a pharmacy thinking of doing business with Altium- DO NOT!! We have been a customer for over 30 years. When the company was Tri State they were FABULOUS!! As soon as Altium took over they started on a down hill slide. We never know if we will get our vials on time. Sometimes they have them sometimes they do not and do not even get me started on the custom labels. We are currently at 20 weeks from when we ordered them and was told it would probably be September before we recived them. SEPTEMBER!! I do not know what industry they think they are serving but in the pharmacy industry we need things quickly and can not operate unless we have the supplies that they supply pharmacy with. The time before this it took over 12 weeks for the labels to arrive. So this time we ordered in plenty of time so we would not run out of labels. We were told they were getting a new machine and guess what thats what we are being told this time too. Also, when we call to ask about the labels we are told we will receive a call back- multiple calls that are never returned. To top all this off they changed their website and we can not get into the new one. We have called multiple times to see why its not working and guess what , they say we will get a call back and it is never returned. I'm guessing they are not wanting any further business. DO BETTER ALTIUM BEORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS.

  I deal with a lot of input companies for pharmacies, and have seen it all. I have to say without a doubt, this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We changed our vials through our Parata system a few years back before a merge, and since the merge its constantly out of stock, or it says its in stock, but they never ship it to you. When you call to ask, its magically in another warehouse and they will ship it next day. On top of that, phantom invoices from years ago magically appear out of nowhere with no idea how they sent them. How does a company with only a limited amount of SKU's be this bad? Get your act together and be a real business.
