The yard dock is not respectful. This warehouse, the delivery is first come first serve. I got there I went the office they told me to see the yardock. He told me to go and wait in my truck he come to get me when the dock will be available. 5 munites later another come stop by me. He ask where is the check in office I told him they said that we can wait here until the dock is available. 30 munites later another truck come he is a white driver we both are black they gave him the dock straight. We ( both) went and asked they did , the yardock said that I waved you no one responded. We said no you didn’t wave. You come next us to drop a trailer you never told us there was available dock. We argued a lot there. The another driver went inside he was mad.<br>We deserved respect and consideration. Every one time matter.

In my experience I had a live unload, I had to turn at gate 1 and the yard dog was nice to me and guided me through. Gave him my paperwork and they started unloading me right away. We'll see how long they take here. They took about 20 minutes for the unloading!
