Facility info

WAIT TIMES & APPOINTMENT ADHERENCE Highly inconsistent. Appointments routinely not honored — waits range from 20 minutes to 18+ hours. Many drivers check in early only to be told to return at appointment time. Door assignments delayed 30 minutes to 3+ hours past appointment. Once at dock, loading/unloading typically 1-2 hours, but can stretch to 8+ hours depending on day and staffing. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Easy check-in process. Precool your trailer before arrival — they'll request it. Some days they'll assign doors early; other days you'll sit with green light and reefer running. No live load/drop-and-hook clarity in reviews. Tight backing but doable with decent driving. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available on street and inside lot. Bathrooms accessible in building near receiving office. Staff attitude wildly varies by shift and individual — ranges from genuinely pleasant and proactive to rude and dismissive. Facility appears disorganized; multiple reports of miscommunication and forgotten loads. Warehouse operations inconsistent; half-empty docks reported alongside long waits. BOTTOM LINE This is a legitimate hit-or-miss operation. Best-case scenario: 20-45 minutes door-to-out. Worst-case: 8-18 hours. Success seems tied to staffing levels and shift. Pack food and patience. Don't rely on early arrival getting you faster service. Have a backup plan if timing is critical.
