Operator: US Foods
Facility info
Appointment system: Required. Check-in window starts 05:15. Call gate number with PO ready to get door assignment immediately upon arrival. Wait times: Highly inconsistent. Fast trips reported (30 min–1.5 hours total) alongside 5–9+ hour waits. Pattern unclear—load size doesn't reliably predict duration. Unloading itself often quick once started, but paperwork and dock access delays common. Dock access: Can be slow getting assigned to door despite open doors available. Some drivers report easy immediate access; others wait hours despite early arrival. Unloading: Typically 20 min–2 hours once started. Lumper service (Capstone) handles unload. Lumpers reported as friendly but expensive: $75–$500+ per load depending on pallet count. Common complaints about product count delays and breakdowns extending total time. Live load vs drop: Live load facility. Drivers typically stay in cab/office during unload. Paperwork: Frequently cited as slow. Bills sometimes take 1+ hours after unload complete. Text link sent for payment if prepaid. Overnight parking: No parking available at facility. Some street parking nearby but limited and under construction in areas. Gate closed; call required for entry/exit. Bathroom: Available near Capstone/office area. Staff: Mostly professional and friendly. Individual standouts noted. Some lumper crew complaints about rudeness, but exceptions exist. Yard conditions: Small facility. Adequate maneuvering room. Fenced area. Weather/construction sometimes complicates entry/exit. Safety: Safety vest required or available to borrow at receiving window.

Not bad capstone unloading
I personally had no bad experience at this location. Matter of fact, it was one of the best US Foods facilities I’ve been to. Everybody was really nice, and it wasn’t super busy when I arrived. As a bonus, I was unloaded about two hours before my scheduled appointment time. The process is pretty simple. Once you get to the gate, call the phone number provided. They’ll most likely assign you a dock door. After docking, go into the office and check in. Be sure to wear a safety vest. It didn’t seem like they were strictly enforcing it, but it’s better to have one just in case. Once you’re unloaded, you’ll receive a text for the lumper fee. After that, your paperwork will either be brought out to your truck or you’ll need to go back into the office to pick it up. I saw both methods used while I was there.
They sucks 7 AM until 3 PM already missed my other pick up I’m dry van
