  The sales guy Rahul did an excellent job with my prescription. Before I even came in, he had already picked out frames for me that fit perfectly. This was my first pair and had a lot of questions, he answered all of them with nothing but patience and understanding. Rahul has earned a loyal customer at myeyedr in Gainesville !!

  Store manager Lissa Hernandez was excellent. She was pleasant, helpful, and answered all my questions. She also resolved a warranty issue with a pair of glasses I had previously purchased and delivered a customer service experience that exceeded my expectations. Because of her, I will continue using this store and recommend it to my friends.

  Consistent predatory sales tactics. Sales team members rush customers through purchase process and continuously mark up prices with no explanation or insight. Store is in a state of disrepair with broken displays. They overbooked appointments to create long waits in a poorly disguised attempt to create a sense of urgency to get customers to want to conclude purchases just to get out. I can never recommend this location, if you need to order glasses take your prescription anywhere else. If you like using MyEyeDr at least go to the Haymarket location.
