Operator: Kraft-Heinz
Facility info
Operations Live load facility (drop and hook sometimes available) Appointment required; arrive 1-2 hours early Wait times highly variable — reports range from 30 minutes to 8 hours Only one truck loaded at a time (major bottleneck during busy periods) Limited loading doors (typically 2-3) Verify load exists before arrival — cancellations not communicated to drivers/dispatch Quality control issues reported — some loads require rework Facility Experience No overnight parking; Walmart across street available Tight yard with limited space when multiple trucks present Staff consistently described as friendly and respectful Easy backing layout Out-of-the-way location, some distance from interstates May allow brief waiting period post-load for clock reset (ask) Real Talk Loading speed is the major issue here. Some drivers report 1-2 hour loads; others report 5-8 hours. Single-truck loading system creates unpredictable delays that impact your schedule and income. Staff attitude is a bright spot — people are genuinely professional and nice. If you're on a tight delivery window, factor in significant buffer time or consider alternative facilities.
