Facility info

Note: These reviews appear to be a mix of customer delivery complaints and owner-operator feedback, not traditional truck driver facility reviews. Most don't address freight operations or facility conditions relevant to commercial drivers. What's actually here: Delivery service complaints (not freight operations) — multiple issues with scheduled appointment times not being honored, unprofessional management communication, and customer service gaps. Owner-operator feedback — insufficient freight volume despite recruitment promises; significant wait times for dispatch; pandemic-era office access issues made dispatcher communication difficult. One positive mention of quick incident response. Bottom line for freight drivers: These reviews don't contain reliable information about dock operations, appointments, wait times, parking, or facility conditions that would help you plan a load pickup or delivery at this location.
