  **Very Disappointed With Our Experience**<br><br>PSA!! Michael, this review is not trash talking!! It is an honest review from a real, paying customer who had a legitimate experience and chose to share it. Discriminating against or dismissing a customer simply because they left a negative review is not acceptable.<br>Customers have the right to speak honestly about their experiences, whether the review is positive or negative. A business should be willing to take responsibility and address concerns professionally rather than attacking or dismissing the customer.<br><br>We purchased a quartz countertop from this store, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. I provided the measurements and even brought in a picture of the undermount sink specifications to make sure the sink cutouts were done correctly. I also personally went to the location multiple times to confirm everything and prevent any mistakes.<br><br>Despite all of that, when I picked up the countertop, the sink holes were cut incorrectly, and there were noticeable yellow stains on the quartz. I talk Michael, the store manager, to address the issue, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I felt like the blame was being placed on me. I was told that I should have left the sink at the store. However, I was concerned about leaving an expensive sink there because I could not be assured that it would not get scratched or damaged.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that I made every effort to communicate clearly and prevent these issues before the countertop was fabricated. Unfortunately, the problems still occurred, and the store has refused to properly resolve the situation.<br><br>For the amount of money we spent, I expected better workmanship, communication, and customer service. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would strongly encourage others to double-check everything before proceeding with an order.
