  Kinda run down and the entrance sign is IMPOSSIBLE to see from the road. Its very easy to miss the entrance....maybe a light on the sign would help?

  BAD MANAGEMENT AT ABOVE LEVELS. WILL THREATEN YOU FOR JUST ABOUT THE DROP OF A HAT. IT REALLY IS CRAZY. I MIND MY OWN BUSINESS BUT NEIGHBORS AND MANAGEMENT CAN NOT . THE DIRECT MANAGEMENT IS DECENT FOR THE MOST PART. NOT WORTH THE WAIT TO GET IN. OLD SMELLY APARTMENT WITH NO AIR OR DISHWASHER. NEW TAN CARPET HAD PURPLE STAINS IN DIFFERENT PLACES. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT REALIZE THIS IS YOUR HOME. THEIR MOTTO SHOULD BE "YOUR LUCKY TO LIVE hERE".

  i lived there for about 3 years, i left because of the drama of other tentants and poor housing. they dont fix anything thats broken, the windows are covered in mold because they leak and are old, and when they say they'll fix something it takes them months to years to do it. the carpet is junk, hasnt been replaced in years but they slap you with a $2,000+ fee to fix the carpet when you move out. the windows dont come with blinds but yet when you move out they charge you to replace the blinds that never existed. DONT EVER RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS!
