[2nd Visit, AUG 19th, 2022] (empty pallets picking up) pass the gate with DL & LP numbers —-> check-in at the office (get a door & paperwork) —-> park & wait for loading at the dock —-> check-out at the gate *** fast picking up empty pallets [1st Visit, MAY 12th, 2022] park in staging area (out of facility & just before the gate, overnight parking available) —-> check-in at the office (at the gate, give them driver, truck, & company info) —-> wait for a phone call for a door —-> get a phone call & pullover at the gate —-> get a door & paper —-> move to the receiving office (go straight forward all the way & turn right, go straight forward all the way) —-> just turn in the paperwork at the receiving office & take a lumper sheet —-> turn in the lumper sheet at the lumper office —-> park at the door & wait for a phone call for the payment of lumper —-> pay the lumper fee —-> paperwork at the office *** too much steps for process *** too long waiting time (not just in staging area, but at the door) *** too long unloading time (not only unloading, but also counting items) *** unprofessional, unkind, & lazy workers *** ridiculous lumper fee *** 7 hours in total
This place is the most hopeless place you can find. I do not recommend ordering delivery here.
This place is horrible, disaster….. if I could give below 0 I would , if u wanna waste ur time come here . No boddy wanna work n this place .
Worst receiver ever. Checked in at 7am it is now 7:12pm still waiting on my paperwork. These places need to start receiving heavy fines. They are the reason for HOS VIOLATIONS
