Bad company
Horrible customer service. They said over the phone that they'll give me a $10 discount off of each of the carts that I ordered. Quote reflected this price. 3 weeks went by and I didn't receive my products. Called them back and they said they can't honor the discounted price and so the order was on hold. My business was expecting these products for 3 weeks and now we're receiving these late.

I am posting on behalf of my friend, with out her knowledge, just in case the company tries to get my friend in trouble. My friend is a delivery driver.<br><br>This company ordered approximately $300 worth of food from a restaurant. My friend tried to deliver it to one entrance. They wait till she was done bringing it inside to tell her it needs to go to a different entrance so she had to take it all back out to her car.<br><br>She gets to the right entrance only to have to take all the food up 2 flights of stairs with an employee, and they can't even be bothered to tip!!!!<br><br>She got paid $8 for something that took her an hour of her time and 10 Miles of gas.<br><br>If they used a corporate card and the company's not allowed to tip then the employees all should have put in a dollar cash or something to say thank you to the driver who just took an hour out of their day for less than minimum wage!!!<br><br>I can guarantee you if their orders come up for her again she will 100% decline! If you cannot tip your driver don't bother using the service! Absolutely disgusting!
It is one of the most reliable/professional companies I order from for my business. They are always quick to fulfill the order and address any discrepancies. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of warehouse necessities or shelf organizers.
