Well, this must be a matter of luck, the rude lady they talk about, yes it’s a bit like that but it’s a hammer unloading trucks, I was late to my appointment and she told me that I had to wait, there were 4 in front of me, to my surprise she unloaded 4 trucks in an hour and I was next!.. very friendly, the gentleman who moves the trailers very kind too!!.. good job! Thank you, Mrs. Forklift Hammer
Not sure what all y'all other guys n gals did, but these people were super nice, very helpful and quick to handle business. Maybe I just caught the right crew on the right evening and all the stars lined up for me, Idk. I checked in on 2nd Shift at 10:20 pm, there was one truck already in the door I needed so I had to wait maybe ten minutes then as soon as he left I backed right in. They ask you to slide your tandems all the way back and crank your landing gear down once you back in. That's all for their safety, these paper rolls and large and heavy so I had no problem doing that, it took all of 2 mins of my life to help ensure someone else's safety, no biggie. I was unloaded in a touch over 30 minutes, paperwork was signed and I was gone with no regrets or any of the bad vibes other's are complaining about. I guess my only negative would be something that seems to be increasingly common all over the country, there are no driver restrooms available. Short of that, my experience here was good. If you're polite and professional I don't think you'll have any trouble. UPDATE: Apparently alot of the negative reviews are from 1st shift. The 3 different guys I dealt with on 2nd shift were Rockstars and had no problems whatsoever.
