Facility info

Operations Fast turnaround when trailer passes inspection — 45 min to 1 hour typical Drop and hook available; overnight parking on-site Check-in at 7am; operations close 2pm — arrive early Inspection happens at dock; request it immediately upon arrival to avoid long waits Facility Experience Bathrooms available near office Staff attitude mixed: friendly and helpful when load moves forward, dismissive after rejection Extremely strict trailer inspections — will reject for tiny holes, specks of glass, dust, odor, moisture, stains, nail holes Multiple rejections possible even after washing/drying; once rejected, facility unlikely to re-inspect same day Bottom Line Trailer must be spotless, bone-dry, odor-free, and structurally perfect. Newer trailers have better success. High rejection rate for older or recently-used reefers and dry vans. Know this before arriving — wasted time is the main complaint.
