Facility info

Appointment scheduling required; staff sometimes ignore appointment times, causing 3–6+ hour delays. Other times unload happens before appointment or shortly after check-in. Unloading is fast when it happens—typically 20–50 minutes. Drop and hook or live load varies by visit. Gate opens around 0600–0730. Operating hours listed as 0800–1700 but facility opens earlier. Staff attitude mixed—mostly described as nice and professional, but some reports of rudeness and staff neglecting work. No overnight parking in yard; gate closes at night. Street parking on Stoddert St mentioned as option. No public restrooms at facility. Porta-potty outside. Bathrooms reported as unusable/off-limits to drivers. Plenty of maneuvering room in lot, but narrow city streets to access facility. Docks 5–8 have uneven surfaces—move tandems to back. Tight turns at gate exit; avoid turning left. Product damage common—27 of 54 pallets damaged in one load; miscounts and wrong dates reported. Inconsistent dock staffing and management—reports of only one or two people working, including staff taking breaks while trucks wait. Route recommendation: US-70 to Whitehall St, right on E Deaderick St to truck entrance at corner of Stoddert/Deaderick.
