Horrible place was in dock 211 Muslim comes in 1 hour after I got docked he was in 212 they got him in and out with in 45 minutes and tells us Americans it could take up to 4 hours think this place is ridiculous and conveniently no phone and won't let u speak to a supervisor
I hate this place! Been coming here for years. If the miserable old lady at the guard shack doesn’t play mind games with you, you’ll be here between 2 and 16 hours. They have a huge staging lot but won’t allow you to stay there. Security will come and kick you out if you try to park there after delivery. They tell you to park on the street even tho there’s NO PARKING signs every 10 feet on all the surrounding streets. Screw Denver! Just like every other major city running a parking racketeering scam with commercial drivers. You build all these facilities and only have 2 truck stops BOTH of which charge you $30 to park. Ridiculous! They used to let you park in the staging early and after delivery and it’s literally EMPTY right now and they won’t let anyone park there
My appointment was for 4 pm, I registered at 2:30 pm, it's now 7 pm and I'm still waiting for my documents.
