Driver reviews
Very good place very good staff very good service only 30 minute. Empty.
Pretty good on getting u in and out quickly…easy to find and maneuver around…very polite shipping and recv ladies in the office(Wendy is super cool)..BUT, shipping/recv NEVER EVER answer their phones, EVER, and if ur more than 30 min late, even by 1 minute it’s an automatic work in and a $150 late fee even if being late is not ur fault. I guarantee this place like many others these days makes 1000’s of dollars a week on late fees alone. It’s all a scam!!!
Rude, slow, incompetent and lazy do not even begin to describe the staff here. Told my broker I'd never do him a "favor" of a load involving here, ever again.
My Appointment 8Am I arrived 7Am check in Time 7.30 Am She give me door same time friendly staff Unloading 8.45 Am done Thanks
