Facility info
Dock wait times: 2–10+ hours past appointment common. Many reports of 3–7 hour waits; some stuck 12+ hours. A few exceptions report 30 mins to 2 hours. Appointment scheduling unreliable. Facility claims 2-hour grace period after appointment. Broken dock doors frequently cited as reason for delays. Check-in early parking available but doesn't speed load times. Live load only. Trailers must arrive pre-cooled, clean, washed out, and full of fuel. No receipt, no load. --- Overnight parking: 8–15 spaces available. Tight but functional. 24/7 facility. Early arrival and break completion parking allowed. Bathrooms inadequate. Single toilet reported; poor maintenance (door won't close, missing soap, hair on soap). Facility cleanliness issues (flies in office, vending machines broken). Staff attitude inconsistent. Some drivers report friendly service and efficiency; others describe indifference, shoulder shrugs on timing, and intentional check-in delays. Poor communication about load location and paperwork. Overweight loads reported. Multiple instances of scales showing 40k+ overweight 25 miles away (Petro ~30 miles). Reweighting takes additional 5–7 hours. Washout receipt critical. Facility or broker may provide wrong pickup number to justify late fees. Get receipt before arrival.

run away from there 14 hours of loading
Do not get in a rush, people are friendly, but loading took 3 hrs and the office moves slow with paper work, HAVE YOUR PO NUMBER READY!!, its the only way to get anything!!
Arrived at 8:30 AM for a 2:00 PM appointment. We were loaded and on the road around 11 AM. If that were the end of the story, this would be a glowing 5 star review... However, we were concerned by the reviews that warned about loading heavy, so we went to the CAT scale in Snead. Sure enough we were just over 81,000 lbs... We can scale about 43,500 lbs with full fuel tanks. We were closer to half tanks when we scaled this load... The BOL claimed the load weighed 42,000, but I'd bet money I don't have that it was closer to 45,000. We returned to the warehouse about 12:30, they removed 1800 lbs and we were on our way back to the scale by 3:15. This weight was legal, but I'm still betting it's every bit of 43,000 even though the BOL claims it's only 40,000. Load and rework times were pretty good, but don't trust them on weight.
The worst place to pick up a load! 12 hours to get a door, 2 hours to be loaded - 14 hours waisted!!!
