Americold always want truck drivers to hurry up and get there just to be waiting for hours, oh but if you the slightest bit of late they hurry up and hit you with a fine.. Its difficult enough to get to Chesapeake VA due to crazy traffic and bizarre road paths.. The facility needs better lighting at night also the lines need to be REDONE for backing up to dock doors.. The lackluster second shift employees in the office tend to have bad attitudes ESPECIALLY the young pregnant female.. I would tell anyone to be very leery of reviews that you see that makes everything seem like its ok, that could actually be an employee faking like everything is all good
Night parking
They have a huge lot with room to stay the night. Plenty of room to back into dock. I was loaded and had paperwork in under an hour. And before my appointment.
